How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Lincoln Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

We have been very happy with the service here. Everyone was kind and gentle both times. It did not cost as much as I thought. No pressure to do anything other than what was nessessary for our baby. We will definitely contact them again in the future.

The male doctor's attitude was very good, which helped ease my anxiety. But the blonde-haired female assistant had a very poor attitude, just because I said I didn't want to buy another Elizabethan collar. I already have five different collars at home... Then she just walked away with an attitude like she didn't want to talk to me. This made me very upset because I have pet insurance that can cover part of my cat's medical expenses, and I felt unhappy with her attitude just because I didn't want to purchase another collar. 😅🥲😢😇🙏 The reception staff were very friendly, and the doctor was also very kind. I am very grateful for the treatment my cat received. If that lady's attitude had been better, I would have given a five-star review.

This place used to be very good with good and kind doctors and good staff, but since Dr. Ali and his team left, everything has changed. Two weeks ago, I went in person and booked an appointment for my cat's annual vaccination for today, and I confirmed it on the special app, but when we went today, they said you don't have an appointment and we turned back, even though I showed them the emails and messages.

Every time we’ve visited, we’ve felt taken care of by their wonderful and friendly staff. We could see their care and attention did a lot to reassure our dog Momo and help him to feel safe. We also appreciated the knowledge and insights provided by Dr. Chong during our most recent visit!

Dr.Mary was very kind and understanding. She did everything she could to make sure that Max (my chihuahua) was taken care of and that I was fully informed and supported in taking care of him as an owner. She's great. and look at him now, back to mean mugging it.
