I had such an amazing experience at this clinic! The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate from the moment we walked in. My sweet fur baby, Milo, is usually very anxious at the vet, but the staff took their time with him and never rushed anything. They were so gentle, spoke to him calmly, and made sure he felt as comfortable and safe as possible. Seeing how much they genuinely cared about his well being meant the world to me. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness we received was exceptional. I left feeling confident that Milo was in the best hands. I can’t thank the team enough for making what is usually a stressful visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a team that truly treats your pets like family!

My experience was amazing! Not only did they treat my dog with such love and professionalism, they also cared for my emotions and feelings throughout the entire process. I would also like to highlight that their costs are so affordable and below any other emergency hospital I have ever been to. The vets are very passionate and knowledgeable as well. I will be bringing all my pets here, and would recommend everyone to do the same!!

I was hesitant due to previous reviews to take our pup here but in the moment (and due to more recent reviews) we did. Puppy had blood/liquid from anal gland bursting. Running a fever and struggling. Went on a Tuesday night at 8:30pm….they got me in right away, confirmed that I wasn’t over reacting and stated work on him. He stayed overnight but the vet called me at 11:30pm to let me know how he was doing and what was up. We picked him up the next day and took to our own vet who wanted to run additional tests (lingering issues nothing that AVHE did wrong). The best part AVHE called and asked how he was doing and also asked to be copied on follow up tests in case we had to bring him back. Firstly - thank you to the staff there making sure Enzo was taken care of. Secondly thank you to the vets who talked me down when I just wanted to bring him home. Lastly thank you for the follow up and request to stay in the loop……that is amazing.

Meet Nova! A little stray my partner & I found on the side of a busy road on Canada Day. We initially thought she had been hit by a car because she wasn’t able to move or hold her head up. Given the holiday, we rushed her to Abby Emergency Vet. Once there, we realized if we were to give her to the humane society, they would euthanize her as the procedures & tests needed to save her would be too costly. We decided to adopt her on the spot & give her a shot at life. Doctor Chinna ensured she got the best possible care & a shot at making it out to a loving home. After many tests, we found out she was in starvation induced liver failure, which is reversible in cats if treated properly. She ended up staying 5 nights & 6 days at the vet, they provided her with around the clock care (fluid drainage from her abdomen, electrolytes, the slow & tedious task of getting her levels back to avoid refeeding syndrome - which is something I didn’t know about & when I took her in I gave her food which led to seizures :( ) all this to say, Nova made it through starvation, liver failure & anemia & is now living her best kitty life. Thank you to the amazing team at Abby Emergency Vet for showing endless care for a stray cat that so many people would’ve just turned a blind eye to. A little, loving beautiful life made possible. Extra special shout out to Dr Chinna for never giving up hope even when it would’ve been easier to do so. We need more vets & teams like this in the world!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Abby Veterinary Hospital & Emergency. From the moment we walked through the doors, every member of the team treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of our questions, and make both my pet and me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. The veterinarians and staff genuinely care about the animals they treat, and it shows in every interaction. Their attention to detail, patience, and dedication gave me complete confidence that my pet was receiving the best possible care. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and organized, and the level of communication throughout the visit was exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for the care and support we received and would highly recommend Abby Veterinary Hospital & Emergency to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly goes above and beyond for their patients and clients.
