I am disappointed though, that your coverage does not include exams as this is turning out to be a big part of the expense with my cat's current condition. Other than that, your services are great.

I loved how easy it went and how easily it was to adjust my options and see how my monthly amount would change. I didn't have to go through a person and talk about all the different options, it was all there plain to read on the site. That's what I like!
