So far I have had only good experiences with the staff at Trupanion.
So far I have had only good experiences with the staff at Trupanion. I am currently awaiting a response to 3 claims I have submitted.(mostly for the same health issue). If I feel you have fairly evaluated the claims, I would certainly rate Trupanion 10 and recommend you to other pet owners .

Trupanion claims experts are awesome! The very fast turnaround in paying claims cannot improve..it's fast and effective. I rated an 8 instead of 10 because 1) the yearly increases to the pet's insurance seems to be Trupanion's way of taking advantage of the pet owner. They know we can't change insurance carriers due to exclusions other carriers would place on a new policy for an older pet, so we feel stuck with insurance rates that are more than I pay for my health insurance. 2. For the amount we pay for our pet's insurance Trupanion should offer some health maintenance coverage for the pet, eg, teeth cleaning annually or once every two years.
