EFFING SCAM!!!
I AM SO EFFING SICK OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!! I have submitted ALL my pets medical records to process a claim AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME BACK BS EMAILS ASKING FOR ALL OF THE RECORDS!!!! I have given this scam company ALL THE RECORDS I HAVE and have emailed ALL OF THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES AND CALLED FOUR EFFING TIMES to get clarity on WHAT ELSE COULD POSSIBLY BE NEEDED!!!! Finally another incompetent staff member on the phone ON MY FOURTH TIME CALLING said she’d reach out to the ONLY vet my pet has been to in his entire life to ask for what they are missing BECAUSE SHE COULDNT EVEN TELL ME!!!! I get a notice they’ve received records…THEN THE NEXT DAY I GET THE SAME BS EMAIL SAYING THEY NEED ALL OF HIS RECORDS!!! They don’t effing take the time to even identify EXACTLY WHAT IS MISSING. They just scam and scam and scam and pretend they’re missing documents JUST TO KEEP FROM PAYING OUT CLAIMS!!! I have been a long-time customer with only ONE other claim and they did this SAME crap. I’m done. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL ACTIVELY DENY AND DENY AND ROADBLOCK YOU FROM ANY PAYMENTS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO!!!!

I called today because of your email offering $25 to shelter pets! I care, so since I planned to switch from TruPanion Fetch seemed the best alternative! Beside you showed the most initiative and follow thru! Truthfully I would LOVE to be a part time rep here in Canada for your company! Seems only fair that a Canadian has a chance to sell Canadians policies! I was originally a pet plan policy holder back in 92’. A black cat named Warhol who was treated to the sum of $4,000 for urinary track infection! Since May 92’ found me in a major MVA , I was home when as a stray a group of us got him out from under the drive train of an all terrain vehicle! His company was a God send! Your saving his life, something I could never have afforded without you! Was paramount, as I was in a pretty bad state both physically and mentally! So thank you! And Jenelle, well she was simply awesome!
