Our Family
Our rescue cat recently became lethargic, not eating, drinking water or wanting to play. We have had her nearly a year now and she is a member of our family. We took her to the Vet to be checked out where they ram bloodwork. Within a couple of days we find that she had an infection among other issues that recently developed. She had to stay for 3 days in the hospital in which we were all sad and scared. I am happy to say that she is home now and back to eating, drinking water, playing and of course sleeping. I sent Embrace my receipts and invoices and they responded rapidly. All with explanations on everything. Thank you Embrace, you really took care of our family when we needed you!

Annual premium Increases
I have not had the occasion to need to use the insurance, luckily the pets have been healthy. However the increase each year is getting intense especially without any claims being submitted and covering multiple pets. The site is easy to use at least but second thinking continuing due to the annual increased cost.

Couldn't be more pleased with Healthy Paws
When I adopted my sweet rescue pup at the beginning of Covid, I had no idea how complex her health would be. I had heard from friends that it was a good idea to get pet insurance, and I could not be happier or more grateful with my decision to choose HealthyPaws. Over the last 2 years, my dog Nellie has had numerous health issues. She needed to have 4 different surgeries over the past 24 months due to different masses being found on her body. Not only is HealthyPaws quick to respond to my questions, but their staff members are incredibly sweet, understanding, and caring. I cannot believe how fast they are able to process my claims and deposit their reimbursement into my bank account, and they go above and beyond by reaching out after her surgeries to see how she’s doing. Easy, fast, and hassle-free
As usual, Pets Best comes through! It is always easy to submit a claim - just a few clicks, the processing time was about two weeks, which is excellent, and the payment was posted in my bank account within two days. Thank you, Pets Best employees, for doing a fantastic customer service job!

I was not aware of the two week waiting…
I was not aware of the two week waiting period and recently had to take titan to the vet. This is very unfortunate because being a single parent I could at least use half of it back I was not made aware of it until I actually talk to somebody on the phone when I was trying to get help with my account.

Definitely not recommend
Definitely you will be surprise for each claim,and paying back process ! They always try to deduct something at the end,! When you want to make contract you are eligible and welcome to all coverage, but after no,every day you’ll receive the email who said you’re not eligible for this this this,!
