I spoke to the nicest and comforting lady when I called the other day. I was crying and upset about a diagnosis I had just received for my 4-year old Boston Terrier and she answered my question and was very kind.

I have used trupanion several times because I have 2 80 lb dogs and they have had several issues in which I have used trupanion. Trupanion responds in a reasonable amount of time. I feel they are fair in their evaluations.
