Boy was that fast!
I put in our first claim, since purchasing the policy, for my girl's paw injury, this past Saturday late morning. It is now early Monday morning and the claim has already been resolved! I had not expected Trupanion employees to be working over the weekend. But I guess they were. I chose Trupanion as that is the insurance the rescue group had and I read some reviews and stayed with them. Glad I stayed! Very easy process to submit the claim and incredibly fast processing. Many thanks Trupanion!

The monthly premium is affordable…
The monthly premium is affordable compared to other insurances. However, I think they do a great job of trying to find the smallest things to deny a claim. I was told vomiting is a chronic condition for my puppy due to me calling my vet to ask a simple question in which they told me in a 3 month puppy, vomiting bile in the morning was normal and to feed him an extra meal. Now that is considered a chronic condition when my puppy wasn’t treated for anything or diagnosed.

Trupanion is incredibly good in these dark days
Our cat Juno was hyperthyroid and an alternate to daily Tapazole which she detested was RAI 131 treatment. It cost over $3000 but seemed the best choice. Trupanion made the processing of the documents to qualify for this treatment incredibly easy but the most astonishing thing was that after only three days of submitting the bill the claim was reviewed and $2880 was deposited in my account. I am a physician and deal with insurance companies daily. None are close to the remarkable job Trupanion does and the fairness of their reviews. They are a wonderful company to have on your side when a pet gets ill.

The Best
I have had other insurance before. The process was easy enough, upload documents and in a few weeks they mailed a check. This was unexpected, I changed insurance because of pricing and was a bit concerned about it at the time. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. they covered the exam and preventive care. The money was in my account the next day. I am so glad I switched.

Good claim filing process
This was my first year with Lemonade and did filed two wellness claim. The filings were easy and quick with phone app. Reimburse were sent to my bank account in less than 48 hours.
