I am very happy with Pets Best payment on my recent claim for my dogs ACL surgery. They paid my vet directly as we had previously set up. They paid it quickly without any delays or repeated explanations. Obtaining pet insurance with Pets Best is one of the smartest things I’ve done. Submitting a claim was every easy and a refund was sent directly to my bank. My only concern was that I was lead to believe everything had a 90% reimbursement rate for the wellness plan. It was a little less. The increase yearly as my dog ages was minimal. I hope it remains that way. All in all my first year with this insurance was positive.

It took so long before anybody reached out to me over 30 days. Then I only received a quarter of what I paid. I think I’m going to cancel this insurance and go to nations, my daughter-in-law has it for her pet and it’s very reasonable and they pay more

A must for you Bulldog
Buying this pet insurance was one of the best investments I made last year. We bought an English bulldog puppy and after many problems ,one thing after another at the vet, our insurance really saved our bank account. At first the app did not work very well, That is the only reason I did not give them five stars but it seems to have been resolved now, they have always been very fast in reimbursing our claims.

Trupanion Helped Save My Dogs Life
My dog needed emergency surgery to save her life due to bloat. Trupanion was there to talk to me and the clinic to coordinate payment so my dog could get the treatment she deserved. They were quick and very accessible, even with this happening in the middle of the night. Without trupanion I would have not been able to afford this treatment. I am more than grateful to have trupanion to help with all my dogs needs. Everyone has always been so compassionate and helpful to me even for smaller claims.
