I have always been an advocate for trupanion (I work as a CVT) and you do have great customer service.

I have always been an advocate for trupanion (I work as a CVT) and you do have great customer service. However, I have noticed a few things that are upsetting-- 1. the rate constantly goes up. I feel a bit like I am trapped now with this super expensive policy due to pre-existing conditions and every year it goes up a ton. $230 a month to insure 3 mixed breed animals with the highest deductible is crazy. I'd be better off putting that money in savings each month incase of emergency for them. 2. You upped my premium when I moved one mile away, even though I still see the same vet due to "cost of care" for the area. I am planning to use a different insurance for any future pets.

My experience since then has only made me more grateful to Trupanion and the wonderful, friendly people that work there. I wish my car and homeowners insurance company was this helpful and friendly!
