immediate turnaround when submitted by the vet's office, although a little longer when submitted by me. Not sure why, since all documentation is always included. Great emergency care for my pet!
I was so worried when my cat began displaying odd symptoms at home that he could have a brain tumor. I got a referral from my pDVM to the neurologist, and I was worried about being able to afford it all. I submitted a pre approval to Trupanion to see if it would be covered and received an answer quickly. They proceeded to cover the majority of the costs, making it so I wouldn’t have to miss meals just to make ends meet. I also appreciated the reps I spoke to, they were very kind and helpful with me at every turn.
