Megan was very understanding and helpful. I was having a difficult time with my veterinarian’s new prescription company. I thought I was going to have a difficult time processing my claims since they couldn’t give me the receipts the way I thought they were supposed to be. Excellent customer service… However
Excellent customer service… However, only four stars because in the beginning of the year, they doubled their prices on the 90% coverage to an UN affordable rate for most people. I dropped my policy to the 80/20 for roughly half the monthly cost. If they get a higher, I will have to consider canceling the policy altogether.
