I can’t say enough good things about Healthy Paws
I can’t say enough good things about Healthy Paws! This was my first claim for my 5 yr old Shichon, Molly. She needed emergency surgery for bladder stones and the bills were adding up quickly After providing some required history information Healthy Paws processed my claims quickly and I received my checks shortly after the claims were closed! Molly is doing great and it is comforting to know that Healthy Paws Insurance can be counted on to process and pay claims in a very timely manner! Thank you Healthy Paws Team!

I purchased pet insurance through work in October for 2026, and now an being told that the plan I bought is no longer available with Nationwide. It is unacceptable that I purchase a plan that Nationwide then removes and replaces with a new one. That is not how a purchase agreement works.

Totally worth the monthly cost
Claims are easy to submit, get processed, and refunded. Although the monthly payment goes up the moment your pets have a costly emergency, it is still worth the cost.

Our first experience with pet insurance
This was our first real experience with pet insurance. We have always rescued Miniature Schnauzers. This time we picked out a Terrier Mix. The poor thing was sick with 3 different parasites when we got him. We took care of that but then almost immediately we found out he had a liver disease. He has been diagnosed with liver shunts. Unfortunately they turned out to be shunts inside of his liver so that took surgery off the table. We had to have a biopsy done which unfortunately turned out that he has severe liver disease that we can only try to control with medication. His life will be cut very short but at least we will not have to worry about the thousands of dollars it has cost so far to diagnose his problem. We can spend all of our time enjoying what time we do have with our wonderful Freddie. Thank you MetLife!!!

ASPCA website is easy to navigate.
ASPCA website is easy to navigate and sign up for different Coverages. I have had one Cat for five years with the company and they have been great on the reoccurring cost of an ear infection!! Monthly payments are minimal. I just adopted a four month old Kitten and just enrolled her on a new plan.
