We didn’t find much use for this plan…
We didn’t find much use for this plan so we decided to cancel. My wife went to cancel and thought she did but we still got charged. She called back and they said they need the main policy holder to cancel. But they didn’t tell my wife that when she initially called. They won’t refund us the months that we wanted to cancel and thought we did. Disappointed in the customer service.

For the last 4 years I have been with Trupanion. When my first dog died, they were very empathetic calling and sending a written note. Very thoughtfull. Thanks. But beyond that, what keeps me with Trupanion is their fantastic efficiency in processing and approving claims. Be it while utilizing their approved veterinarians network or requesting refunds, their service and speed is first class.Thanks. To this date, I would not have a pet if Trupanion is not part of our extended family. Thanks for all you do for us owners and for our pets.

The app doesn’t work correctly
The app doesn’t work correctly. It doesn’t allow you to type a question or answer a question that the bot asks. The premium is so high that the amounts reimbursed makes it not worth having. It is the biggest regret I’ve ever had with an insurance policy.
