This pet insurance has everything I need, except dental of course. They reimburse within three days of requesting, they’re affordable, and I haven’t ever needed to contact customer service. The app itself is kinda janky. I can never get it to load very well on my phone, but that could be a user error. I wish they offered more options for preventative reimbursement, but so far they’ve been decent. Thank you

We’ve had Pet’s Best insurance for more than three years. The insurance, by no means, will cover all the pet’s bills, but it covers everything the contract says it will, relatively quickly and without hassle. Especially good for illnesses and accidents. Recommended!

ive used nationwide insurance for my pets for 9 years support system is easy filing claims are easy and speedy we lost a pet a few weeks ago they wre very sympathetic and reimbursed us for his plan 3 weeks later I enrolled our new puppy the agent lead me through everything so I could understand easily we also went over our other dog i have 2 snd discount is great with 2 dogs we researched other options this time around and nothing came close to nationwide

Pets Best is THE WORST pet insurance…
Pets Best is THE WORST pet insurance company. They will NOT reimburse for anything. My husband accidently closed our back door on our fur baby Cupcake. I submitted all the paperwork they requested dating back to 2024, and still nothing. They want to find a pre-existing condition so they don't have to reimburse, but this was something that happened on the day of our claim because we had to take her to our vet, and they will NOT reimburse us, DESPITE they are unable to find anything pre-existing. Insure your fur baby(s) with anyother company than Pets Best!!!!!
