Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life. I’ve been misinformed or lied to every time I’ve called in. I’ve made BBB complaints and asked for call backs from supervisors. The agents at the company just get passive aggressive and give you an attitude when you question them about misspeaking. I was told twice you’d rewrite my policy with no lapse after originally canceling due to poor customer service. My account was not rewritten properly and was mishandled due to me having another claim and not wanting to pay. An account manager even told me they could but then said she misspoke. I’m unfortunately going to have to be filing in small claims. Highly advise to avoid this company.

Do your research. Not satisfied any more.
They are decent, but they look for every reason not to pay claims. I have been using them for 6+ years, but they continue to deny claims for a ton of different reason. I recently needed a sedative for my dog due to an injury, and they denied it because they do not cover "behavioral medications", but this was medically necessary. Also, when I originally signed up it was $50 per month and now is over $105. They claimed premiums would not go up when I signed up, but recently looked at my account where they have increased EVERY YEAR.

Really disgusted with Fetch
I have had this policy for 2 1/2 years. They have not covered one claim. It started with an ear infection 2 years ago. Found out she has possible allergies. When I took her to the dermatologist they ran bloodwork showed she has bacteria infection which has nothing to do with the allergy. Once the staff infection is gone. They will test her for allergens. This company is a joke!!!

I submitted a claim from Amazon for a supplement my veterinarian recommendation that they didn't carry. On the Amazon App with my phone the name of the supplement was cut off on the invoice. I had to resubmit the details again for them to process the claim, but the turnaround time was less than a day.

Trupanion rocks!
The convenience of Trupanion is wonderful! My veterinarian fills out the claim and before I leave the clinic, I have my approval and I pay my portion only. It’s great!!!
