I haven’t decided how I feel about pet insurance yet. Based on my 15 year old lab x, I had one surgery at 13 for growth removal. My 15 year old prior to her, she had one surgery to remove part of her tail for a growth and one to remove a growth in her rectum. I know if you have a lot of issues it’s a good thing but hundreds every month, for m6 experience, I have to think about,

Friendly and efficient
I had some quick questions prior to enrolling and connected with Kevin, the online chat rep who was very friendly and quick to answer my questions. When I tried to enroll online afterwards, the page wouldn’t load so I called into their phone support and only had to wait a minute before Kathleen was able to assist me. She was friendly and efficient as well. The whole process went quite smoothly!

Think of your pets future
I got a puppy that unfortunately has developed a urinary track problem. Trupanion has been a great investment for her due to vet Bill's. I would recommend anyone looking for pet ins to definitely use trupanion! Great service and claims are processed quickly!
