I've no issues with Embrace. Just submitted my first claim and it was completed within 24 hours. Everyone I've talked to at Embrace is very kind, professional, and goes out of their way to make sure my questions are always answered.

I have three cats!
I have three cats and I was worried about the cost of insuring all 3. Plus I had already two under insurance. I called to get the third one also insured and got a great deal! I also was able to set it all up to be deducted from my paycheck. Plus, I've already used the online vet help a couple of times and that is just a great option for when it's a minor thing that just needs a check. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I've shopped around and Nationwide had the best price!

My dog had an emergency early morning…
My dog had an emergency early morning on a Sunday and the Vet hospital was able to get a preapproval and estimate of payment within minutes. I was so impressed with that. I never thought we could get an answer on the weekend at all much less that quickly. It allowed me to focus on getting my dog appropriate care not how I was going to pay for it or whether it would be covered. Thank you so much!

Helpful and kind during stressful time
Both my dogs have been insured with Trupanion for several years. They were incredibly helpful in getting claims approved quickly and giving me estimate of what would be covered for one of my dogs who had to have an eye removed due to acute onset glaucoma. They were very kind during a very stressful time.
