Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience! Monica knows her stuff! Answered all of my many many questions. I called to ask for specific info ….(actually spoke with a real human!) And I left insuring three dogs! I hope I never need to use it…but love the coverage for the price.

Takes close to 2 months to get paid back
It’s takes a month and a half to get paid out. With covid that time frame was even longer. It’s decent otherwise. But just really hate how long they make you wait. When you call in to inquire the staff is rude and doesn’t offer any information other than the time frame turnaround.

one thousand dollar claim and they paid $7.92. Everything seems to be "pre-existing". every claim we have submitted they say is pre-existing.

I got great service once I reached someone. They were helpful in explaining our benefits, etc. But it took a very long time to get a response by email and it took more than 8 hours to get a call back after we left our name/number with the auto system.
