Horrible pet insurance!!
Horrible pet insurance!!! You have been warned! You will never see single dollar. We put a claim on for our Puppies foot. He had a small lesion on the top of his foot from licking it. Our puppy had never been into the Vet for this issue or anything like it. We sent in our claim and got a letter back saying we had been denied. We called the company and they said that it would take months to look into the issue. Meanwhile they were taking our $40.00 per month. Months went by and still nothing. Finally cancelled the insurance. What a complete scam! They need to be sued for what they are doing to people. How is this even legal?

Every time I have to run to the vet because Rusty has an upset stomach or dies t feel well, Figo insurance is right there to help with the bill. I’m very happy with Figo, they are excellent.

Slow but True
I have had multiple trips to the vet with Brandy, including both accidents and many illnesses. Our biggest problem is that Brandy has severe environmental allergies that have required expensive allergy testing (well over a thousand dollars) and expensive allergy shots. I would not have been able to afford the skin scrapings, ear cytology’s, allergy tests, expert exams, and more without insurance. And while they do take ages (around a month or so) to process the claim, once they do process the claim I have never had a problem with them approving it. I also like how you can customize what you include in your plan and even the deductible and copay percentage. For my problem girl I have a $100 deductible because she’s always going to the vet, but for my other pets that only see the vet for checkups and vaccines and such I have the $250 deductible, which brings the premium down a tad. Really my only complaint is that they take so long to process the claim. I realize Covid has made this process longer, but it wasn’t exactly speedy before Covid either.

Switching insurance companies...
We are currently with PetsBest Dog insurance and have been members for over four years. During this time we were covered only for accidental, and some medications, but weren't entirely insured. I am thankful that ManyPets reached out to us because we immediately became members. We are now FULLY insured at HAFT the cost. Thank you ManyPets, because being seniors loving our dog was taking a toll on our fixed income.

Customer service has always been the best part of Trupanion. Each of the staff is always friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. They always make us assure that our Butter is in good hands. Peace of Mind, for sure!
Once again, PetsBest comes through for Trixie and me! I got top-notch care from the emergency vet, put the total cost on my credit card and submitted my claim. All I had to cover was the deductible and the co-pay. No surprises and the check for the rest arrived in my bank in jig-time. It gives me such peace of mind to know that I can afford to get Trixie's health needs met before they get so bad that there is no hope. She weighs only 5 pounds and time is of the essence if she gets sick. Thank you Pets Best!

I often see complaints on social media…
I often see complaints on social media regarding pet insurance. Recently, complaints around skyrocketing increases in premiums without cause. I can honestly say that I haven't had that experience with Embrace. If I file a claim I'm reimbursed within a week or two at the most. Their rates are fair and their claim process is very simple.

I haven't seen my policy yet
I haven't seen my policy yet, when I try to log on to the site it is telling me that my email and password are not in the system. I set up a email and password already. If my email is not in the system how am I receiving these messages. It's been over 5 days and I still haven't seen a policy.
