I would highly recommend trupanion and have been to anyone that has been asking about what pet insurance to go with on Facebook and so on thank u for everything u have done to help me with my puppy especially during these hard times it has truely helped with him and his diarrhea and vomiting he is now thankfully better and with his lump which thankfully wasn’t anything serious but scary too so again thank u for being there :)

I was chatting with someone online mentioning that it seemed like my payment was taking quite a long time to process. The man who I was talking to gave me instructions on how to close the window to ensure my payment wouldn't go through and then called me to walk through everything with me. It was great because I had some questions I wanted answered and he followed through on each and every one. As much as I don't hope to use this insurance, the piece of mind is worth it on its own.
