Excellent Service!!!!
I thought the ease of the claims (i had 2 dog claims) Wellness claims for both pets. I thought since I had the best plan of 90% coverage I would have seen more than $360 of $885 returned to me. Not pleased with the outcome but they were very quick at answering the claims.

The customer service is team is very kind and always answers. That being said so far every time I’ve used them, they only pay out a couple dollars of my bill. I’ve got a $200 deductible and they refuse to pay the emergency exam fee for any animals. It’s a cheap move and it’s very frustrating. What’s the one fee ALWAYS *required* by every vet during an injury? The emergency exam fee. So out of my nearly $400 bill with a $200 deductible I got a whopping $36. Doesn’t even pay my monthly bill. This service is based on fear. I’m pressured to keep it through marketing and social media that if I don’t I won’t be able to afford my pet’s surgery fees, but amazingly they don’t pay out everytime I’ve needed them. It’s pretty frustrating.

Brutal Renewal Hike
Great marketing. Decent price for first year of coverage. Then they jack it up 28%+ for the renewal - and I had zero claims. I wonder how much it will go up for year three? Seriously. That is highway robbery. _______________ Still waiting for a response. In reply to your reply however ... my dog aged from 1.5 years to 2.5 years. Still not an excuse. You have my information ... and I will leave it up to you to reach out, as you said you would.
