Significant rate increases each year
Hi, I noticed my rate went from $80 to $115 (a 43.75% increase) when my dog turned six years old. There wasn't an email or call or explanation anywhere. This is the second year prices have risen significantly.

Always an issue when I submit a claim…
Always an issue when I submit a claim for our dogs medication. One month it is covered and the next month it's not. Always have to call and speak with a Supervisor. I feel it's time to look for another better prepared company.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH TRUPANION! They are a scam company! They always find a “pre-existing” condition not to pay any bill. I have had them for 2 years and they NEVER paid one bill!

Pets Best is awesome. Super easy to deal with, never had a long wait time, claims are processed efficiently. They have many policies to choose from and cover so much. I shopped around quite a bit and am so happy I went with the for my lab.

100/10 Would Recommend
Oh Em Gee. If I could give this 1,000 stars I would. We recently got a new puppy and I know vet bills can be costly especially in emergency situations so I knew we should probably get insurance. I shopped around but Lemonade was so easy and so friendly. I paid a little more a month for preventative exams because I know puppies have a lot of well checks. He had his first one a few weeks ago and I was able to submit the claim through my app and was reimbursed immediately. Everyone at Lemonade I have come in to contact with has been an absolutely joy and the process has been so easy!
