My experience with Trupanion was thankfully really easy and did not add to a stressful, emotional time. Only thing I'd change is an improved understanding of what you pay (what is not covered), plus your deductible. Would have appreciated an example of what an unexpected overnight in the hospital could have cost to inform deductible choices. In retrospect, I would have chosen a lower deductible. Trupanion was excellent, quick and very responsive with the claim. Thank you
