Kendra was very knowledgeable and answered my questions professionally. I repeated several questions and not once did she indicate that we had already covered that information. That and her tone made me feel more relaxed. She took good notes from our first call .when I called back she sounded and spoke as if we had talked just an hour previously. She sounded proud of her company. First impressions will sell or lose a customer. Kendra was not pushy .
