Remains to be seen??
I bought the insurance, however you can not talk to an individual....I talked to one guy after 1 hour on hold and then he could not help me cause he do not know equine information. He put me on hold and no one came back to talk to me! If this is how they are treating customers, not sure how they will handle a claim. I guess, I just hope I never have to file a claim.

Worth Having!
I had a little bit of an issue with processing my claim due to a website glitch, and it posted several times, but other than that slight issue I had a fantastic experience, received my reimbursement very quickly in under a week!

Too long to process claims
They promised the claim would be process within 15 to 29 days. It has been has been 37 days and no updates. I have $2,700 in expenses and I haven’t received a dime. No feedback. If I don’t get my claim processed soon I will get all my premiums back plus legal action. I have had better pet insurance from another company and it looks like I need to go back.

Happy with the service
Well, to put it simply, I got covered for whatever that was applicable as per my deductible and I was happy about it. The invoice was sent by my vet right after my cat’s surgery, I got the usual text from Trupanion assuring they received it and are reviewing it and I got my refund deposited into my account the very next day. No complaints thus far.
