Submitting claims is very easy & user friendly. I submit my invoice & supporting documentation if I have it. If not, they contact the proper person to get the documentation needed to review the claim in it's entirety. Very pleased with the fast service & the payback(s) Highly recommend this insurance.

This is one FANTASTIC insurance company! You will not regret in any way! They are true to their word, the service you purchased and your contact. I had a medical emergency, class 5 emergency with my puppy. We didn’t know if he would make it and I would have spent all the money in the world to save him. Pumpkin provided me with my 90% reimbursement only 2 weeks after a claim was submitted. They were understanding, no questions asked. Thorough and excellent job! Many thanks, Pumpkin!
