The Spot Pet company was very helpful in the needs I had to insure my dog. The representative was very knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately my puppy passed away not long after. I called to cancel my policy and had no problem doing so. I received a call of sympathy a day after from them. I picked the right company for my insurance needs and will choose them again.

Another Flawless Claim
This is my 2nd claim for Stella, and I couldn't be happier with the process. Not only did they help cover some of her prescription food for her digestive issues, they also responded to the claim less than 24 hours later. It's so stressful to have your dog suffer from an unknown and unexpected illness, plus the costs associated for diagnosing it. We are so happy that Trupanion has had our backs 100% of the way. If you're wondering about getting pet insurance I can't urge you enough to get Trupanion!! It has saved us hundreds of dollars this month alone! Thanks Trupanion for helping us get Stella's tummy issues diagnosed and dealt with.
