TP has always been quick to respond, happy to explain, and has always had wonderful customer service. Just make sure you read and understand your policy and its limits!!!! I will forever be grateful for pet insurance to be an option for people like me who love their dogs dearly, and want to make decisions based on their needs, not my own concerns. The first thing I did when I got to work today was cajole my coworker into signing his pup up for coverage. I will never have another uninsured pet again. The peace of mind is worth the premium.
