Easy claims process, even easier reimbursement
I recently had to put in 3 back to back claims - all pertaining to a singular an incident in which one of my insured dogs ate a rock. The claims process was extremely easy. I used the app portal on my phone, uploaded all 3 invoices under separate claims and all 3 were reviewed and paid out (minus my copay and deductible) within a week. I have been extremely satisfied with Embrace in the 2+ years I have been with them.

No regrets choosing Lemonade
I’ve seen so many people disappointed with their pet insurance. Claims not paid. No customer service. Etc. I was nervous when it came time to submit Sadie’s claims which included a knee surgery claim. Those nerves quickly went away. Chelsea was GREAT. the communication was phenomenal and all of my claims were paid within a few days of submission. I have zero regrets with Lemonade and have been recommending them to anyone who will listen

We had to take our dog to emergency due to poisoning. It was nice not having to worry about the costs with having insurance. When it came time to be reimbursed, the process was simple and fast. I would highly recommend Fetch Pet insurance for anyone who cares about their dog and doesn’t want to worry about making tough treatment decisions due to high cost.

5* Great to deal with
This is the first time in 4 years we've had to claim anything for our dog. He tore his CCL and needed TPLO surgery. The app is so easy to upload claims to. Fetch paid out 80% of everything my dog needed within 2 weeks no questions asked. Check ups, pain meds, xrays and surgery ALL covered. Our experience with them was 5* and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for insurance

Highly recommend, quick and easy process
My dog needed emergency medical attention after ingesting xylitol. PetsBest was amazing and easy to work with. I submitted my claims through the app and was able to check the status of my claims. An EOB and payment was issued within a few weeks.

Easy to sign up and get going, haven’t had to use it yet but hoping it’s well worth the money! Very happy with the rates and the fact they will cover pre existing conditions to a degree.
