Our 11 year old Buster had emergency knee replacement surgery and Trupanion again came through for us. They approved the claim right away while he was in his consultation. The follow x-rays needed to be done twice as he is old and didn’t fully heal after the required two months. Again, Trupanion came through and approved the secondary x-rays two months later so we could find out that he was 100% healed!! Trupanion’ pre approve is so quick, we don’t need to hesitate to get him the medical attention he requires.
