If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Ever since Pet Plan was purchased by the DoDo it has gone to absolute manure. I submitted a claim, went back and forth with them for 6 weeks saying I needed to send more information (if you need 2 years of soap notes then you need to say that in the beginning instead of saying you need notes from only the last healthy visit). Anyway, after various phone calls and speaking to various managers, my claim was finally dealt with…. BUT NO WHERE on their site do they tell you they take out not only a deductible (I did find this on the site) but they ALSO TAKE OUT A HUGE COPAY! I’m sorry, if I’m already spending a huge amount per month for the last 5 years (haven’t had to make one claim until now) then it needs to be made readily visible to people that you take out a HUGE copay. So out of a $1,100 claim I only got back $500. It’s robbery and completely taking advantage of customers.

I have only just joined so I can't really offer a review of their services. However, joining was a piece of cake. Their questions are good and not too many, so I really appreciate that as time is often a concern. Also, their prices are the best I've seen.

User Friendly, Great Customer Service!
I did unmeasurable amounts of research the first year of my pups life regarding pet insurance. I am so happy with my choice! After numerous emergency vet visits for a barely 1 year old I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a plan. Since then this plan has paid off 10 fold. The claims are approved within days and the funds send straight to your account within days. Knowing I can afford the vet no matter what gives me the peace of mind I can give my pup the care she deserves. If you’re thinking about it, just do it!

Please get you're website useable. Un able to make changes or update billing through website. Very inconvenient. Can't always call during business hrs.Dont know how good claim process is. Haven't tried it
