Best Decision Ever
After having researched multiple insurance providers, we signed up for Pets Best in Sep 2021 when we adopted an 8 weeks’ old Black Lab male pup. To date, they’ve processed all claims (Wellness, Kennel Cough, Entropion, etc.) within the stipulated timeframe. Explanation of Benefit is fairly easy to comprehend. Highly recommend Pets Best for 1st time pet owners.

PetPlan Vs. Fetch- Positives and Negatives
Since PetPlan was bought by the Dodo and now is Fetch, there have been some positive and some negative changes. On the negative side- I used to get right through with PetPlan to talk to a real person. That was amazing and great service. Now, with Fetch, it is very hard to deal with anything that requires communication to the company. On the positive side, we have made two claims and they were both paid much more promptly than used to happen with PetPlan. That was such a nice surprise to see that money back in the bank account within just a few days! One more thing- our plan went up A LOT this last renewal. I don't know how much it would have gone up had it still been PetPlan, but Fetch raised it so much (over 30% in one year!) that we considered dropping it.

One of the best decisions we’ve made for the care of our family
We enrolled in Pets Plus Us insurance when we adopted our cat Beck from the local animal shelter. It is one of the best decisions we have made to ensure the wellbeing of our family. Beck quickly became a much loved part of our family but unfortunately he developed chronic health issues which needed the help of a specialist veterinarian and occasional hospitalization. We had peace of mind knowing we would be able to access this care for Beck because of Pets Plus Us. Beck is doing well and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Tony has been to the vet several times, not a single expense has been able to be reimbursed under the policy. I’m not sure what I’m paying for or when any of his expenses will be covered.
