The reason I have given 3 stars is because I have not actually experienced a benefit from the insurance. I just signed up because my dog is my most important companion and I want to be able to help him if an accident or illness occurs. I hope this insurance will be there for me when I need them, but I have not had an issue so far. I chose ASPCA because it was recommended to me by a friend. There are so many other companies out there and it is hard to choose. I did have Petplan insurance, but I cancelled it do to communication with their representatives. They did not have good customer service. So far, communications with ASPCA has been fabulous.

Disappointed.
I would have given a 5 star but ran into some issues. Our home policy was cancelled due to non payment. This I get. What I don’t get is at the time the government won’t let me work but insurance companies are still allowed to proceed as if life was normal. It was definitely not the last 1.5 years. This should have been never allowed. And to top it off I payed what was owed anyways.

They are friendly and courteous, it is easy to manage my account through their website a very flexible that I can sign in and update anytime the policy without any hassle by logging in through a smartphone and computer or laptop if I want to adjust my policy. if I need more information I'll just go to connect their customer service through their chat room for more information.
