Unlike any other insurance experience
I've always been skeptical of insurance companies but Healthy Paws has been a game changer. They've covered all of the treatments, tests as explained in the policy and when it came to a life-threatening emergency, they also came through. I was nervous that they would claim it wasn't covered because the bill was so high, but that wasn't the case. After that experience, we'll be insuring all of our future pets with healthy paws.

I signed up for insurance and discovered some coverage is not provided
I signed up for insurance. They said I was immediately covered and asked for records. We had an appt before they reviewed the records. A pricey dental. Come to find out they denied payment because somewhere in his records the vet stated my dog needed a dental. Bottom line - get a full review of your records BEFORE you schedule an appt! Just because they say you’re covered immediately doesn’t mean they pay for it. A bit misleading and they are very strict with record interpretation!

I wish human insurance was this encompassing and easy. I've have 3 cats insured and they've always been there for me. They are quick with your claims and clear in their explanations. And most importantly, they really care about your pet (and you!). Their customer service is excellent and empathetic. I can't recommend them enough!

Hartville is great
Hartville has been great with the claim process with my dog vet bill and vet emergency. There was no hassle and my claim was processed promptly. They kept me informed on information needed and process of my claim. They paid as my policy stated and it was easy peasy!
