I had another Pet Ins. Co. and they were horrible, actually had a higher rating than ASPCA however, I have been so satisfied with the knowledge and professional the staff is and how quickly they pay for a claim. I recommend as the Number 1 Pet Insurance Co. EVER!!! They are fantastic! Linda

Our dog has been treated for cancer and Trupanion as the insurance we chose long ago has been covering for most of his treatment, I am so pleased with the quick response I get from Trupanion staff and also online responses. Reimbursement rates are very low…
Reimbursement rates are very low compared to market prices for preventative care add on. Website won’t accept a claim- continues to say the pdf is successfully uploaded and then errors and won’t accept it. I’m considering cancelling and going to another company.
