Wonderful company
Can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Have been with this company for quite a long time. Customer service is great and the reimbursement turnaround time is exceptional especially if you have a large vet bill. Highly recommend.

I have been a Pets Best member since 2020 and I am completely satisfied. Jeezy is the most important member of my family and his well being is equally important. Pets Best has been a great supporter and I plan on being with them for many years to come. They also process claims rather quickly and the communication is excellent, as well.

The stress of seeing your dog go through dental surgery is compounded by the stress of a large bill once it's over. And trust me...the bill was large. Trupanion handled the claim easily and quickly...and stress free.

So far very happy with Embrace!
I contacted Embrace while my dog was at the Emergency Vet and let them know what the Vet said is possibly going on with my dog. Embrace responded via email within the hour notifying me that they were "pre-approving" his predetermined diagnosis and would accept the claims. We paid for the vet bill out of pocket but submitted the final bill to Embrace the day he was discharged. Within 12 days we received our check in the mail for the portion that Embrace would pay. I also contacted them with follow up questions after submitting the claim. Kind of drilled them with questions (in a very friendly matter) and was very content with all answers I was given. I more so was wanting confirmation to my questions. I have never purchased pet insurance and this was the first time I've ever used it. I'm thankful we have Embrace insurance, will continue to carry it on two of my pets, and recommend it to anyone if you're considering.

Should be Pet's Worst My puppy is dead
Should be Pet's Worst. I purchased a policy for my new puppy. After the waiting period I took her to the vet because she began limping.She was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia and was euthanized because this very unethical would not accept my claims. Instead they backdated and cancelled my policy so I could not file a claim for my other vet bills.
