What we agreed to in the phone call was not followed.
What we agreed to in the phone call was not followed. You still are treating SOME of the girls' giardia re-checks as new conditions when they are really rechecks ordered by the vet as a result of the November, 2020 initial infection. I was put on hold a long time while the claims were reviewed and we wound up understanding and agreeing on what would be paid. Except you didn't follow through. Now I will call again when I have time and hopefully will get paid.

Best Pet Insurance ever!
we have had some challenges with this pup that we have never dealt with. This is the first time we have tried pet insurance. Thank God we got it and thank God we got Trupanion. They have been amazing with our baby. And so quick and fair in their judgement of coverage. We would never use any other insurance company!

Disappointed and concerned.
Waste of money. Does not cover preventive problems. They should require and pay for a checkup every 6 months. This in the long run would save both parties alot of money. I'm a disabled veteran with a service dog though this would help me save money and protect him. I'd ben better off with a special savings account.
