I have had a wonderful experience with Fetch! My dog has lymphoma and not only does Fetch cover 80% of the costs the process of reimbursement could not be easier. It rarely takes beyond 2 days to see the money directly deposited into my bank account. In addition to this, their customer service reps are all animal lovers, very knowledgeable and empathetic which is so nice and meant a lot to me when my dog was first diagnosed. A wonderful company through and through!

It rarely takes beyond 2 days to see the money directly deposited into my bank account. In addition to this, their customer service reps are all animal lovers, very knowledgeable and empathetic which is so nice and meant a lot to me when my dog was first diagnosed. I bought insurance on both my pets when they first came home with me, 13 years ago. Although I didn't have to file claims on them other than twice during that time, here we are at end of life and both have significant disease. If it weren't for Fetch I would have had to send them to the Rainbow Bridge last year. I submit claims frequently for meds and other treatments and they are paid quickly directly into my bank account. Fetch has allowed my cats to stay with me longer because I can afford their treatment until its time to say goodbye.

I wish my personal health insurance was as responsive as Trupanion. They deliver what they promise.
With all the advances in vetinary care these days, pet insurance is a must. I have 2 senior miniature dachshunds and they've had their share of health issues. It has been such a relief to know that Trupanion has my back and my pups can get the best possible care.

A good Pet Insurance
As always, very quick, smooth & simple steps when submitting forms for reimbursement. My only concern though is there was a price increase & I wasn’t informed either by email, phone call or letter. My credit card auto deductions just showed the price change suddenly. I think a notice of price increase in whatever form is appropriate. Overall, service & staff are pretty good.
