The woman I spoke with was very personable and informative! I was comforted and every detail was reviewed before I was charged. She even made sure the information between both of my cards was correct (I was using one card for the initial payment, and another to enroll in the monthly auto payment).

The whole claims experience was wonderful. So easy and everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Once I forwarded the final invoice. payment was made within 24 hours and went directly into my bank account. This was the quickest and easiest claims experience I’ve ever had!! ??

Easy claims process, quick payment
The claims process is pretty easy and Trupanion pays claims quickly. For the record, I almost never recommend anything to anybody because my preferences are seldom the same as theirs. However, I recommend Trupanion to anyone I think could use it.
