TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
I've had Pets Best insurance since the moment we brought both of our puppies home. Currently, they are 5 months old and I've made several claims on each puppy. Trust me, the insurance is worth it!! I've already received reimbursement for the claims to cover the cost of the annual premium, and then some. You never know what's going to happen and it's been wonderful to have the Pets Best peace of mind.

I just got the insurance
I just got the insurance. My waiting period ended on the 16th. of July. I can't write a review at this time regarding how the insurance works when I have a claim because I haven't used it yet. I was very impressed as to how easy and explanatory it was to obtain the insurance. However, I will have to do my claims by snail mail as I don't have means to print out a claim form or to scan invoices with the claim form. I look forward in having pet insurance, but also hope I don't have to use it very often.

Horrible
Horrible! I submitted my claim with receipts and records on the same day. I cannot believe that no action is taken to get reimbursed. They have my account info for direct deposit. They sure worry about paying them on time but not reimbursing you timely. I need to find another place that supports timely payments.

Very happy customer!
My one year old rescue puppy was limping and ended up having elbow dysplasia. She needed xrays, a CT scan, and surgery and medication. All of this totaled about $5,000 and Healthy Paws paid out 90% (as my policy indicated) into my direct deposit within a week. All I had to do was upload the vet bill and description into the app. It was extremely easy. I did a lot of research before choosing a pet insurance plan. They have been responsive and helpful and I am so happy that this is the plan I went with.
