Wait time on claims is a real problem…
Wait time on claims is a real problem averaging 39 days according to the customer support person with whom I had a dialog. Anything over 1-2 weeks should set off an alarm that changes need to be made in the handling of claims. Covid is no longer a valid excuse for performance issues since vaccines are readily available and have been for months.

Just called to place a home insurance claim after heavy rain storm that washed out driveways and roads in our community. This is our first time dealing with insurance and not knowing what to expect or what to do before the process was much easier than I expected. Not sure of the outcome yet so I can’t comment on that but so far so good.

Trupanion is a blessing and worth having this insurance!
This company has been great in helping us with our dog Mia. She had an accident in her early years and tore her meniscus, they helped with that through the whole process. Now she is older and has leukemia and is going through treatments and their customer service has been excellent and having coverage for this takes some pressure off going through such a sad time with our pet. I don’t ever regret having this insurance. Thank you Trupanion!
