Not as convenient and time delays
The reimbursement time delays have been pretty consistent since I started. They changed their login process with finger print, that I can’t do on my phone. Now I have to use the iPad to put a claim in so it’s not as convenient. I suspect a lot of people don’t have fingerprint technology on their phone.
