Fetch has been a life-saver!
Fetch has been a life-saver! I have submitted numerous claims for my pet. All of which have been processed in a timely manner and have been approved without any complications. My English Bulldog has been going though a lot of medical issues, and Fetch has made this burden so much easier.

Embrace is the worst pet insurance I…
Embrace is the worst pet insurance I have ever had! Do not be fooled by their price and coverage! They are the epitome of what insurance companies' true intents are. They want to take your money and when it's time for them to pay up they will try to find every loophole in the book not too. I went with embrace because they are partnered with USAA. NOT THE SAME SERVICE! Embraces policy states that your pet will need to have had a medical evaluation at least 12 months prior to or two weeks after activation of service. If this does not happen then any accidents will have a two-day waiting period, illnesses will have a 14-day waiting period and orthopedic issues will have a six-month waiting period. But their policy also states that if the evaluation does not happen your coverage will revert to accident only. Very confusing... on purpose I am sure. My pet insurance was activated on the 15th of March. On April the 4th my dog was attacked by two strays who were walking the streets unleashed. After taking my dog to the emergency room. I filed my claim with embrace and they stated that they were not able to get a hold of my veterinarian so they needed me to send his medical records so that I may be reimbursed. When I sent them the records they refused to reimburse me because my vet had not completed a medical evaluation due to his aggression. Of course, I did not know this but it should not matter the two-day waiting period had passed!. He was seen by my vet, I thought I was good. My dog being attacked is not a pre-existing condition so I do not know what the problem is? My dog is a very loving dog he just does not like to go to the vet and admittedly so needs to be muzzled to go. Now Embrace is sending me emails about how since he is labeled as aggressive they will not cover him at all! To me this is plain and simple there is no medical evaluation but the two-day waiting period has passed so he should be covered.

I would like to say that I really appreciate everyone at Healthy Paws! Everyone I've spoken with has been extremely nice and helpful. Even when I was having trouble with a vet not sending me blood results for my pup, the staff at Healthy Paws jumped right in and called the vet. I wish other companies had the same amazing customer service/care that Healthy Paws employees have!

PetsPlusUs - Peace of Mind!
Pets Plus Us is an excellent pet insurance provider. They have been there for us since Jaeger, our yellow lab, was only a few months old. At that time he got into my purse and ate Advil which he nearly died from. He wound up in emergency for a week and our insurance policy was there to cover the costs as per it's terms. He has also been challenged with allergies which again has resulted in expensive vet bills and treatments. We have never had a problem with getting reimbursed. The customer service is amazing and their submission process is seamless. It feels so good to be able to provide the care that our pet needs and not have to worry about making choices based on rising costs of veterinary bills.
