Claim process is extremely simple and staff is very responsive. Issuing checks on the other hand is a slow process.

Disappointed to learn that Trupanion would not support the healthy practice of neutering pets. I would like to believe that we are all interested in the health and wellbeing and life longevity of our pets. Neutering is a healthy practice. Trupanion should champion the practice of neutering, and at least contribute a portion of health care insurance costs so that many more pets can have this procedure at a lower cost to their human parents.
