The insurance for my babies is…
The insurance for my babies is wonderful! My only problem is the processing time. When I first started the policy for my 4 babies over a year ago claims would process with in a 2 week time frame. Now the processing time is over a month. They take their money out the same day each month but they can’t pay promptly. Other than that I wish the flea and tick benefits were a little more. It doesn’t even cover a 6 month time frame.

Although I have not had occasional to have a claim to this point, I’m sure that if I do it will be handed promptly and professionally. Edit: I’ve done what Sonnet has said in their reply. They still haven’t gotten back to me. All these relies are most likely them doing some PR work trying to look like they care. They don’t care about their customers, clearly. Just their image. I’ll be looking at new insurance providers this week. Our agreement expires soon. Do something about it or I’m gone. For your inability to even respond to an email I’m rating 1 star. This company is a joke. Prices go up every year since I’ve been with you. Ive also never received any thank you or benefits for being a loyal sonnet customer, which is disappointing when I see other companies doing the opposite. A switch in the near future is increasingly likely
