Not really a good deal
Three claims and none have been paid, even though the last two should have drawn from the same deductible. Obviously, I don't want my dog to be sick, ever, but this is frustrating.

the operators are very nice and helpful when you call them on the phone. I just wish that it had been clearer that when you add another pet you have to pay another fee for that extra dog. I believed that you were just able to add another dog, not another payment monthly for another dog. I wish this had been explained better than it had been. Very misleading, only the registration fee was waived, not an extra payment for another dog. That was a bit unexpected.
