Good Experience Overall
My puppy has had a few health problems. She is now two and had to get treatment for a liver dysfunction which she made a full recovery from and pancreatitis. Both treatments were covered by PetsPlusUs and it was a relief that I didn’t have the added stress of wondering how I was gonna pay for her treatments. Thankfully, our vet clinic submits all the claims for me so it is super easy every time!

My experience with Embrace for the last 5 years has been excellent! Even when submitting Vet Bills can seem difficult, the Embrace teams to find a way to explain to me why some billings are paid or not paid. I've been taken care of each time most importantly my dog Starla is their top agenda for care!

Wonderful experience.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with PetsBest. The system they have in place is so simple and very efficient. The only concern that I have is the time that it is taking the claims to come back - as it has become longer and longer. However, they still get them back to me within an acceptable about of time, so that I am able to pay off the credit card on time.
