Easy process to send in claim information. Had a few questions prior and was able to contact someone prior and speak to them with ease and they walked me through the entire process. The claim wait period also was very reasonable and they sent text message/ email updates to let me know the status of the processing. Received a check in the mail shortly thereafter. Overall easy process.

coverage vs.
coverage vs. cost doesn't make sense. I felt nickeled and dimed by you not covering the doctor visit as an example for the condition. That did not make sesne to me. I have spent around 10K in premium and I don't believe I have been able to collect anything on even one claim yet my premium continues to go up each year. If I am not making claims why do you continue to increase premium - positive history should be looked at just like negative history.
