Getting a price quote
Getting a price quote, and purchasing the ASPCA Pet Insurance Plan was easy and seamless. It doesn’t take effect until another 3 days, so I can’t comment on how it works once I make a claim, but I feel protected now and hope I never need to use it.

I was really nervous when I had to call…
I was really nervous when I had to call about getting a pre approval for my dogs mass to be removed. The gal I spoke to was so nice, so understanding. She sent me a link to fill out, stayed with me on the phone to see if I had any questions about it before she hung up. After filling out the brief questionnaire and hitting submit, I received an email saying they had received my pre application form and it could take 7 to 19 days but they would update me asap- also asked if it was an emergency, if it was, they would make a top priority. A day and a half, I received the approval and honestly, what I thought was so amazing, was at the bottom of the approval letter, was a note wishing my dog, by name! Good luck in his surgery. I am beyond grateful for these folks. I wish our health care worked like this!!!
